Introduction to rep basketball training

Are you ready for representative (rep) basketball?

Our coaching director Michael Follacchio is running four sessions in June aimed at introducing our players to rep basketball training.

Dates: Sunday 16 June 2019 and Sunday 23 June 2019

Times: Girls 2-3 pm, Boys, 3-4 pm

Location: SPACE Centre, Ivanhoe East Primary School

What to bring: Basketball and drink bottle

The sessions will be high-paced, energetic and slightly more technically-designed to mimic the training provided at our affiliated rep program with the Ivanhoe Darebin Knights.

This is a great opportunity for players to improve their knowledge and skills, get an understanding of the workload required at the next level and get a taste for what rep basketball is all about.

The sessions are open to any Ivanhoe Knights player and are completely free of charge!
