Training venue procedures

For those responsible for opening up and locking up training venues used by our players, the following procedures apply.

Ivanhoe East Primary School SPACE Centre

The SPACE Centre must never be left unlocked!

If you are the last person to use it on a particular night, even if there is normally a team that trains after you, it is your responsibility to lock up the venue. It is nobody else’s responsibility – including cleaning contractors – to lock up the SPACE center after weeknight training.

If you find yourself in this position, you will need to call the Venue Supervisor Bill Rewell who will guide you through the process.
